what is a veganic grow?
Growing cannabis veganically is a step beyond growing cannabis organically.
Veganics uses organic growing practices without the use of animal by-products (manure and compost), which can be exposed to contaminants from the farming industry, including antibiotics, pesticides, and heavy metals. It takes longer for nutrients from animal by-products to become available to the plant, as they require time to break down. Residues from this decomposition process leach into the soil and accumulate to negatively affect the soil’s pH.
Veganic nutrients do not require time to break down and are highly bioavailable. This means that the plant uses less energy to absorb essential nutrients and is able to put more energy toward creating medicinal oils and terpenes while reaching proper maturation.
All of the nutrients used by Beneflor-Cano are certified organic and certified veganic. No animal by-products are used in our grow process, which results in a cleaner, smoother tasting, more potent medicine.
